    8. Boys v. Girls

    Ted and I were out for lunch and I noticed the “Sex and the City” cocktails on the menu. My 23-year old complained that some girls are obsessed with the show and movie. So we asked the waitress if she watched the program. She said “only a few times.” Then Ted guessed: what about “Entourage”? “Yes! All the time” she squealed. So which is more wholesome: a fantasy about thrill-seeking guys being friends with a rich celebrity, or a fantasy show about girls talking about sex and guys? Where are the exciting shows about Theodore Roosevelt now that we need them?
