    Five months into his job, Ted is studying for the Level 2 actuarial exam. Level 1 was tougher because it involved complex probability questions; Level 2 hits stuff he knows like annuities, bonds and financial derivatives. Fidelity even gives my 23-year old son paid "study days" off, and a raise if he passes. Sweet. Back to top
